I just like to know you are alright, whatever it is that you are doing now, wherever you are. I saw someone on the bus who I thought was you. On closer inspection her face lacked the delicate silvery scars that give you character, and enhance your beauty. You never ask how I am anymore, dreading the answer that I will give, and the helplessness you feel in silent response. These days everything makes me ache, from seeing elderly people feeding the ducks together to the hands of young people clasped in a sweaty acned embrace. I am so sick of wallowing in my own loneliness, I’ve been bored by it. I fear others are becoming bored with it as well. So that is why, if you bothered to ask me these days, I would bring up uni, work, social outings, anything to draw the focus away from the fact that I am so bothered by these things in my own mind, that I would like to cut them out of my skin delicately, and throw the effected bits to the wild dogs that are cautiously hunting me down.
